Multiserve herein declare that the products that we manufactured are “DRC metal conflict-free”, the metal of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta),tungsten (W) and Tin (Sn) are not derived from or sourced from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), or illegally taxed on trade routes, either of which are controlled by non-governmental military groups.
We investigate the raw materials and products from suppliers, and request suppliers make commitment and sign back the statement of "Non-use of Conflict Minerals" to ensure the minerals used in Multiserve products are not conflict minerals originated in the DRC or adjoining countries.

We will conduct due diligence with our suppliers with regard to the origin of the metals that are used in Multiserve products consistent with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chain of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas. We request our suppliers provide evidence of their due diligence activities, and completion of the EICC-GeSI Conflict Minerals reporting template. We also make sure each supplier of own understand and support EICC-GeSI actions and will not knowingly procure metals that are in the DRC area.
